As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher & Personal Trainer, Elycia work with clients, cultivating personalized meal plans, supplement recommendations, fitness plans as well as lifestyle changes in a way that is balanced, enjoyable and achievable. Her goal is to help people live healthier, happier lives in a way that still encompasses the things they love. Wellness is unique to every individual and she works closely with her clients to create custom approaches that are built for longevity and optimum vitality.
Elycia’s relationship with nutrition and wellness stemmed from seasons of personal issues around mental health, nutrition and food intolerances. She experienced firsthand how important nutrition is to overall wellbeing and as she pursued an education in it, learned more about how individual nutrition is unique to every person. Between her personal experiences and continued education, she developed a passion for helping others live happier and heathier lives.

Through ongoing training and experience in yoga, fitness and healing modalities such as Reiki, Elycia has gained a further understanding and appreciation for holistic wellness, and it’s her goal to share that knowledge and make a positive impact on other people’s lives.
Elycia has a passion for continued education and is constantly striving to learn more to empower her clients. She is currently studying Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise as well as Herbalism.
