“With trying to learn how to balance health issues along with gluten and other food intolerances, I was looking for someone to help me transition to a fully balanced vegan lifestyle properly. “When I first went to Elycia for help, I had been recently diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, Celiac disease and a progressive liver disease called Primary Sclerosing Cholongitis (PSC). I undergo IV treatment for my colitis every two months and had to make a drastic lifestyle change to the foods I consumed. I was really over whelmed and needed someone with knowledge and experience to help me. Elycia was so kind and eager to help. “I started working with Elycia as part of a 6 month transformation through my gym. I didn’t know what to expect when I started and figured I would be on a strict diet. I found that Elycia was working with me more to ADD, to my diet more than take things away. She educated me on superfoods that my body needs for muscle recovery, digestive function , immune response, stress relief and how interconnected everything is and how it all works together.
